Who it covers

The 3-day guarantee covers your first monthly or yearly Club membership. It doesn’t cover renewal payments, a second or later membership, or the 24-hour and 7-day passes, which are one-time access purchases.

The conditions

We refund your first membership payment in full when all of these are true:

• You ask within 72 hours of your first membership payment going through
• You haven’t downloaded anything since that payment. That includes free-tier goods, Club goods, goods you had downloaded before joining, and files bought in the shop.
• That payment hasn’t already been refunded

If you want to explore Club before committing, our 7-day pass gives you full access to the catalogue for a one-time $9.99. No subscription, no guarantee needed.

How we check

When you ask, the site looks at the time of your first membership payment and our download records, and tells you straight away whether you’re eligible. The check works the same way for every member.

How to request a refund

Go to My Space → Membership and press Check my 3-day guarantee. It shows while your 72 hours are open. If you can’t use it, email us at hello@curatery.com within the 72 hours, from the email address on your account, and we’ll run the same check.

If you’re eligible, we refund the full payment, usually within 2 to 3 business days. Your Club access ends when the refund is made.

Cancellations

You can cancel your Club membership any time from your account dashboard. No need to contact us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

Cancelling doesn’t refund the current billing period, unless you’re eligible for the 3-day guarantee above.
