Questions
A few things people ask.
- What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
- Anything you have already downloaded is yours to keep. You go back to the free 3 a month and lose access to Club-only goods.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
- Yes. Monthly members can switch to yearly any time from the plans on this page. Your monthly membership stops as soon as the year is paid, so you’re never charged for both. Days left in your current month aren’t refunded. To move from yearly to monthly, cancel your yearly membership, then join monthly.
- Is the 7-day pass a subscription?
- No. It is a single payment. After seven days your account goes back to free — no renewal, no surprise charge.
- Do I need an account to join?
- Yes, a free Curatery account. It takes a moment, and your first 3 downloads are free, so there is no rush to commit.
- How does the guarantee work?
- Your first monthly or yearly membership comes with a 3-day guarantee: if you ask within 72 hours of paying and haven’t downloaded anything since, we refund you in full. See the full terms before you buy so you know what is covered.
