Who We Are

Curatery is a digital goods and content platform operated by Nosji Digital. Curatery ("we," "us," "our") provides digital goods, memberships, and content through curatery.com.

By using Curatery, including browsing, creating an account, purchasing, or downloading, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

Some features require a free Curatery account. When you register:

• You must provide accurate information and keep it current
• You are responsible for your account security — don't share your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person — no duplicate accounts
• Newsletter subscription is part of your free account — see our newsletter terms below

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases & Downloads

• You may print files for your own use or for gifts
• What else you may do with a good depends on how you got it — see Your licence below
• All sales are final per our Refund Policy

Your licence

What you may do with a Curatery good depends on how you got it.

• Club members (monthly or yearly): use any good you download for yourself and in your own business — print it, use it at your own events or in your own shop, and sell physical items you make from it, with no limit on how many
• A good you bought outright, or downloaded during a 7-day pass: the same, except you may sell up to 500 physical items made from that good
• Free downloads (your free allowance each month): personal use only
• If you cancel: goods you downloaded while your membership was active keep their Club licence. Anything you download afterwards follows the free rules

Personalising a good with a customer's details — names on invitations, a logo on a box, a date on a planner — is part of selling your own product, and is fine.

With any good, you may never:

• Sell, share or give away any digital version — the file itself, a copy, an export, or anything you make from it that is itself a digital product. Paid or free, alone or in a bundle
• Sell or publish an altered version. Changing colours, sizes or text for your own use is fine; selling or sharing the result as a digital product is not
• Use Curatery goods to build or stock a competing library, shop, subscription or membership of digital goods
• Be paid to hand over a design, or a customised digital copy of one, to someone else — design-for-hire using our files
• Upload a good to a print-on-demand or marketplace service where the file itself is what is uploaded and sold — Redbubble, Printify, Merch on Demand and the like
• Claim authorship of a good, or register one, or a design taken from one, as your own trademark

In short: what you sell is the physical thing you made. The digital good stays yours to use, never yours to pass on.

Club Membership

• Club memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period you have paid for
• Membership benefits are for your account only — you may not share access
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with advance notice

Free Tier & Newsletter

Free membership includes newsletter subscription. These are not separable; your free account is your newsletter subscription. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your free downloads pause until you resubscribe. Your account, and anything you’ve purchased or saved, stays as it is. You can resubscribe at any time.

Free members receive 3 downloads per rolling 30-day period from their registration date, usable on free-tier eligible items.

The Nooks

The Nooks are where Curatery's articles live: roundups, tutorials, and other articles, all written by Curatery. Nook articles are for personal reading and discovery — they may not be republished, copied, or used commercially without permission.

If you save an article or add a good to a collection, you are saving a reference to it — not downloading it or claiming ownership of it.

User-Generated Content

Members can post verified reviews of items they have downloaded, comment on Nook articles, and make public collections and profiles. By posting a review, comment, collection, or profile:

• You grant Curatery permission to display it on the platform indefinitely
• You confirm that any review is honest and based on your actual experience
• You agree not to post false, misleading, abusive, or spam content

Our Community Guidelines explain what isn't allowed, in plain terms, and how to report something. We reserve the right to remove anything that violates these terms or the guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All products, designs, site content, and branding on Curatery are owned by Curatery or licensed to us. Downloading a file gives you a licence to use it, as set out in Your licence — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Curatery, the Nooks, and associated marks are our trademarks. Don't use them without permission.

If you believe something on Curatery infringes your copyright, see our Copyright Policy for how to send a notice, how counter-notices work, and our policy of terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Curatery to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish site content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Resell or redistribute downloaded files
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent download limits
• Use automated tools to interact with the site

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Curatery is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and, for material changes, notify registered members via email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
