Who We Are

Curatery ("we," "us," "our") is a digital goods marketplace and content discovery platform operated by the Curatery team. Our site is located at curatery.com.

By using Curatery — browsing, registering, purchasing, or downloading — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Accounts

Some features require a free Curatery account. When you register:

• You must provide accurate information and keep it current
• You are responsible for your account security — don't share your password
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• One account per person — no duplicate accounts
• Newsletter subscription is part of your free account — see our newsletter terms below

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases & Downloads

All digital goods on Curatery are for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

• Downloads are for your personal use — you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of any Curatery product
• You may print files for personal use or for gifts
• Commercial use (selling products made from our files, using them in commercial printing operations, etc.) requires a separate commercial license — contact us
• All sales are final per our Refund Policy

Club Membership

• Club memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time — access ends the day of cancellation, not at period end
• Membership benefits are for your account only — you may not share access
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with advance notice

Free Tier & Newsletter

Free membership includes newsletter subscription. These are not separable; your free account is your newsletter subscription. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your accesss to free-tier eligible items will be revoked, but your account will still be active. You can resubscribe at any time.

Free members receive 15 downloads per rolling 30-day period from their registration date, usable on free-tier eligible items.

The Nook — Content Platform

The Nook is Curatery's content discovery wing. All Nook content (articles, cards, and curation) is created by Curatery editors. Content in The Nook is for personal reading and discovery — it may not be republished, copied, or used commercially without permission.

If you save cards to collections, you are saving references to content — not downloading or claiming ownership of it.

User-Generated Content

Curatery allows verified reviews from users who have downloaded an item. By submitting a review:

• You grant Curatery permission to display your review on the platform indefinitely
• You confirm that your review is honest and based on your actual experience
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or spam reviews

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All products, designs, site content, and branding on Curatery are owned by Curatery or licensed to us. Downloading a file gives you a personal use license — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Curatery, The Nook, and associated marks are our trademarks. Don't use them without permission.

Prohibited Use

You may not use Curatery to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish site content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Resell or redistribute downloaded files
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent download limits
• Use automated tools to interact with the site

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Curatery is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running well, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date below and, for material changes, notify registered members via email. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
