Refund Policy
We keep this simple and honest.
The Short Version
All sales on Curatery are final. Digital goods are delivered instantly, and once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot un-deliver it.
That said, we stand behind everything we sell with two clear guarantees, because you should feel good about buying here.
Individual Item Purchases
All individual product sales are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
If a purchased item fails to deliver, meaning you completed checkout but could not access your download, we will resolve it within 24 hours. Contact us at hello@curatery.com with your order details and we will make it right.
This guarantee covers technical issues only. If the file delivered and you simply changed your mind, the sale stands.
Club Memberships
Club memberships, including 7-day, monthly, and annual options, are non-refundable. When you join, you receive immediate access to the full Curatery catalog. Because that access is delivered instantly, refunds are not part of the standard policy.
If you join the Club and genuinely have not found anything worth downloading within your first three days, we will refund you.
This guarantee applies only when:
- You are a first-time Club member
- You request the refund within 3 days of your membership start date
- You have not downloaded any items during that period
We verify eligibility using download records. If anything has been downloaded, the standard non-refundable policy applies. To request a refund, email hello@curatery.com within the 3-day window.
Mid-Period Cancellations
You may cancel your Club membership at any time. Access ends on the day of cancellation, not at the end of the billing period. You will not be charged again, but no refund is issued for unused time.
We show a clear warning before you confirm cancellation so this is never a surprise.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships follow the same policy. The 3-day new member guarantee applies under the same terms.
Free Member Downloads
Downloads using your free-tier allowance are free, so there is nothing to refund. If you believe a download was counted without being delivered, contact us and we will review it.
