Our Commitment

We are committed to making Curatery accessible to all users, including those who use assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA wherever possible.

What We've Built In

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
• Alt text on product images and content images throughout the site
• Keyboard navigation support across interactive elements
• Sufficient color contrast across the primary brand palette
• Focus indicators on interactive elements
• ARIA labels on icon-only buttons and custom interactive components
• Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels

Known Limitations

We are an independent platform and we do our best, but we are not perfect. Some areas we are actively working to improve:

• Third-party embedded content may not fully meet accessibility standards
• Some complex interactive features (card saving, collection management) are being refined for screen reader use
• PDF files available for download are not guaranteed to be screen reader accessible — they are designed for print

• The page or feature where you encountered the issue
• The assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
• A description of what happened

We will respond within 5 business days and work toward a solution.

Alternative Access

If you are unable to access a specific product or piece of content due to an accessibility issue, contact us and we will do our best to provide the content in an accessible format or assist you through another channel.
