The 3-day guarantee

New Club memberships — monthly and annual — come with a 3-day happiness guarantee from the date of purchase. If you join and find Club simply is not for you, reach out within those 3 days and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

The guarantee applies to first-time Club memberships only. It does not apply to renewals or to the 7-day pass, which is a one-time access purchase.


What voids the guarantee

The guarantee applies to memberships where no downloads have been made during the 3-day window. If you have downloaded any items after joining — free-tier or Club-only — the guarantee is void and we are unable to issue a refund.

Simply put: if you have downloaded anything, the guarantee does not apply. We think that is fair — and we think you do too.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@curatery.com within 3 days of your purchase date. Include the email address on your account and we will take it from there. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days.


Cancellations

You can cancel your Club membership any time from your account dashboard — no need to contact us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.

Cancellation does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within your 3-day guarantee window and have not downloaded anything.
