Pardon Me But I Have Questions Humorous Notepad Design

A notepad for the moments when something does not add up and you need someone to explain themselves. It opens with the line pardon me, but I have questions, then lets you fill in who it is to and who it is from, so it works like a polite note with a raised eyebrow.

Tick the question you are really asking, such as what happened, why me, since when, was that intentional or what am I missing. Then use the ruled space to write out what you are trying to understand. At the bottom, tick what you need back, whether that is an explanation, some context, advice, backup or a very convincing excuse. It closes with the reminder to please show your work.
