Humorous Mental Note Reminder Notepad Design

A mental note notepad design for the things you swear you will remember and then do not. Across the top are spots for a note to self and a date, plus a filed under line with three checkboxes: Remember, Don't forget, and Seriously, don't forget.

Ruled lines fill the page for jotting down whatever is trying to escape your head, and a small box at the bottom lets you rate the odds you will actually remember it, from Excellent to Fifty-fifty to Already forgot. A tall navy side band with the words a very important mental note gives it a dry, playful feel that suits a desk, a kitchen counter, or a gift for a forgetful friend.

The design can be printed for personal use or used to create finished physical notepads for a shop or small business.
