Funny Office Citation Notepad Design

A mock citation pad for the coworker who has finally had enough. It is styled like an official notice of workplace misconduct, with checkboxes for the crimes everyone knows too well: reply-all abuse, microwaving fish, leaving one sip in the coffee pot, and a meeting that should have been an email.

Fill in the offender and department, tick the code violated, and choose a severity from friendly warning to break-room felony. The fine can be paid in donuts, fresh coffee or a public apology, and there is room for officer's notes, a signature and a date. It makes a good office gift, a gag for a retiring teammate, or a small way to keep the peace with humor.

The design can be printed for personal use or used to create finished physical notepads for a shop or small business.
