Gold Star Adulting Habit Tracker Chart Printable

Some days, doing the laundry or answering that email deserves a little celebration. This adulting star chart is a habit tracker that gives grown-up tasks the same reward system kids get, with a row of outlined stars waiting to be filled in each day.

Each of the six weeks has a star for every day of the week and a checkbox to mark the week done. Beside the grid there are lines for your big task, this week's goal, your why and your reward, plus a simple key: a full star means you adulted, a half star means you adulted a little. Add your name, start date and chart number at the top and keep going at your own pace.
