A weekly habit tracker notepad with a cheerful, no pressure attitude. The header reads Do The Thing, with a little reminder underneath to do it again tomorrow, which sets the tone for building routines one day at a time.
Write your habits down the left side, then tick off each day from Monday to Sunday as you go. Fill in the week of line at the top and you have a simple page to glance at each morning and look back on at the end of the week. The alternating soft rows make it easy to follow a habit across the page.
The design can be printed for personal use or used to create finished physical notepads for a shop or small business.
