Grown-Up Edition Humorous Self Care Report Card Notepad Design

A report card made for grown-ups, where the subjects are the small daily things that never get a gold star. Drinking water, going to bed on time, answering texts, eating vegetables, keeping up with laundry, and being kind to yourself each get a row to grade from A to F, with an extra credit line at the bottom for anything else you managed.

There is a space for your name and the term, a lined teacher's comments box for a little honest feedback, and a parent signature line that says it is also you. Fill it in at the end of a week or a month, hang it on the fridge, or hand one to a friend as a gentle joke about adult life.

The design can be printed for personal use or used to create finished physical products for a shop or small business.
