Doctor’s Orders Self Care Prescription Notepad Design

A doctor's orders notepad where the prescription is a little rest and something nice. It looks like a classic prescription pad, with a big Rx, lines for patient, date and complaint, and a checklist of gentle remedies like a real nap, fresh air, a bubble bath, a kitchen dance party, ice cream and a whole day off.

Fill it in for yourself after a long week, or write one out for a friend, a partner or a kid who needs a break. There is a dotted area for doctor's notes, plus directions for how often, how long and how many refills, and a line at the bottom for signing it. It is a playful way to remind someone to look after themselves.
